WARNING
ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET WHEN RIDING.
Never ride on wet surfaces, in the rain, on slippery or damaged surfaces, steep slopes, heavy traffic, railway tracks, gravel, rocks or any other obstacle that could lead to a loss of grip. Avoid driving at night without powerful front and rear lights.
DO NOT USE AN ELWING BOARD ON SLOPES
or at speeds where you would not be safe controlling a non-motorised skateboard. In the event of interference or battery failure, you may have to rely on your skateboarding techniques such as foot braking or powerslide to stop.
AVOID WATER.
Riding in wet conditions or through puddles can damage the electronics on the motherboard and lead to a loss of power or sudden board stoppage. Do not ride in wet conditions or through puddles. Damage to the motherboard caused by exposure to water is not covered by the warranty.
IMPORTANT !
Keep fingers, hair and clothing away from motors, wheels and all moving parts.
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK.
Please do not open the battery box without consulting our support team, otherwise the warranty may be invalidated.
DO NOT OPEN THE ELECTRONIC
COMPARTMENTS without the help of our technical team, otherwise you will lose your warranty.
YOUR BOARD CAN LOSE BRAKING AND ACCELERATION AT ANY TIME.
Braking when the battery is full can cause the board to over-tension and come to a sudden stop. Radio interference, unintentional use of the throttle, and other factors can cause loss of power and braking. Take care to always be able to control your speed without electric assistance
BRAKING DOWNHILL CAN CAUSE THE BOARD TO STOP.
To avoid power surges, the remote control will warn you by vibrating and then the braking will stop. Stop safely before this happens and ride on flat surfaces or uphill to discharge the battery before coming back down.
THE ACCELERATOR IN 2nd, 3rd AND 4th MODE IS EXTREMELY SENSITIVE
to make the board responsive and perform well, but it can easily knock you off your feet. Make sure you're comfortable with the 1st mode first, then use the other modes carefully.
HIGH SPEED AND SLOPES CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS.
Be extremely careful when pushing the limits of the board, even if you are an experienced rider. Accidents can cause serious injury or death.
CARS AND OTHER VEHICLES CAN KILL YOU.
Be extremely careful when driving in the presence of other vehicles. Drive carefully and bear in mind that other vehicles may not see you. Be aware of and obey the laws in your country that govern the use of your board on public roads, cycle paths, pavements or other places where you can ride.
ELWING DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY
